Board Meetings
The Livingston Conservation District Board meets monthly. Meetings will normally be held on the second Monday of the month at time and locations listed below. Date and location are subject to change and this website will be updated as those changes occur.

Annual Meeting
The Livingston Conservation District’s Annual Meeting and election of Directors was held on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 6:00pm at the Marion Township Hall, 2877 W. Coon Lake Rd in Howell, MI. Over 50 people attended the event and enjoyed a delicious meal catered by Tomato Brothers in Howell. Joe and Barbara Parker gave an informative presentation on their recent trip to Italy and we thank them for it. Clark Humrich and Matt Munsell were re-elected as Directors to the Livingston Conservation District Board, serving 4 year terms. We thank everyone who attended and all of the local merchants who so graciously donated door prizes.

2026 Spring Tree Sale
Our 2026 Spring Tree Sale is now active! Paper materials have been mailed, and the website is now active. The planned delivery for the 2026 Tree Sale is Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the Munsell Barn at 301 Smith Rd in Fowlerville, MI from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
Fun Family Field Day
The Family Fun Day was held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the Nature Center, 9585 Roberts Road, Fowlerville. There was catch and release fishing, archery, educational stations, scavenger hunt, wagon rides and a picnic lunch was provided. Thank you to the over 150 attendees and to all of the volunteers who made the event a success!
Farmer Education Day
Farmer Education Day was held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at the Livingston Educational Service Agency (LESA) 1425 W. Grand River Ave, Howell, MI from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Over 50 people attended the educational day on topics updating local agricultural producers on MAEAP, Farm Bill Programs, Cover Crops, Drone Usage for Ag Practices, and Cash and Field Crop Management. Persons who attended the entire meeting were able to qualify for 5 RUP credits. The meeting is a collaborative effort of the Livingston Conservation District and the Livingston County Farm Bureau.
